Creating Moments That Matter
Hope Blooms believes in the transformative power of flowers and joy to change the world. Our mission centers on the social and emotional well-being of those who feel forgotten, are isolated or experiencing hardship, sharing a simple message: you matter. Through one-on-one interactions and the power of flowers, we create meaningful connections and a sense of belonging for those who need it most.
We serve seniors in hospice care, nursing homes, long-term care, assisted living and memory care centers. We also partner with local nonprofits to reach people in shelters, food pantries, supportive housing, women’s facilities, recovery centers, cancer centers and mental health facilities. We have nearly 100 ongoing community partnerships we serve throughout the year.
As a nonprofit, Hope Blooms utilizes all donated floral to serve our mission, which entails defined groups. As such, we're unable to donate bouquets for individual requests, funerals, table arrangements for events, or gifting and appreciation purposes.
Service Area
Hope Blooms reaches across Fargo, Moorhead and West Fargo, as well as surrounding communities, including Casselton, Arthur and Wahpeton in North Dakota; and Dilworth, Barnesville, Breckenridge, Hawley, Lake Park and Detroit Lakes in Minnesota. Since 2016, we’ve delivered more than 115,000 moments of joy. Each bouquet carries hope and care, reminding someone they are seen, valued and not alone.
