For more than 130 years, Boulger Funeral Home has been a compassionate presence in the Fargo-Moorhead-West Fargo community, walking alongside families during life’s most tender moments. Jim and his team are dedicated to providing not just services—but sincere support, care and comfort during times of grief.

Hope Blooms is deeply grateful for their funding support through their Garden of Giving sponsorship, at Petals for a Purpose, and Giving Hearts Day matching gifts. These investments help us continue our mission of hope, healing and connection.

In addition to financially supporting Hope Blooms, Boulger Funeral Home has delivered more than 500 floral arrangements donated from families after funeral services, allowing us to repurpose those blooms into new bouquets full of hope and healing for others in the community. These flowers carry stories, love and remembrance— bringing comfort long after the funeral is over.

What’s your favorite part about your work at Boulger Funeral Home?
The most meaningful part of our work is being able to walk alongside families during some of life’s most difficult moments and offer them comfort, guidance and care. There’s something incredibly humbling about being trusted with a loved one’s final tribute—we don’t take that responsibility lightly. Every service we help create is personal and unique, and knowing that we can bring a sense of peace, closure, or even a small moment of light during a dark time is truly the heart of what we do.

How long has Boulger Funeral Home been serving our community?
Boulger Funeral Home has been honored to serve the Fargo-Moorhead-West Fargo community and surrounding areas for more than 130 years. Since 1897, we’ve remained committed to providing compassionate care, thoughtful service and meaningful support during life’s most tender moments.
