As Hope Blooms continues to grow and reach more community members in need, we’re hiring to support the next chapter of our mission. We’re hiring for a full-time Community Engagement Manager and are seeking candidates who bring heart, collaboration and a passion for community.

The Community Engagement Manager leads and owns Hope Blooms’ volunteer and community engagement efforts, ensuring every experience for volunteers and sponsored groups is meaningful, well-organized and rooted in joy and purpose. This role manages day-to-day volunteer operations while also owning and growing Hope Blooms’ Community Engagement Sponsorship program, building lasting relationships with corporate teams and community groups and continually enhancing the experience through creativity, care and thoughtful program design.
