Growth Partner Profile: Heat Transfer Warehouse
October 28, 2025 | Written by
At Hope Blooms, our mission thrives thanks to the generosity and partnership of local businesses who believe in the power of kindness and connection. One of these incredible partners is Heat Transfer Warehouse, whose ongoing investment of time and funding helps Hope Blooms flourish.
Heat Transfer Warehouse, led by Kirk Anton, has a passion for giving back to the community through investments in the Adopt-a-School program and ongoing support of numerous local nonprofits and organizations. They’ve made helping others a cornerstone of their mission, culture and values.
We asked Kirk what makes Heat Transfer Warehouse special and why supporting missions like Hope Blooms is important to him and his team.
Name: Kirk Anton
Title/Role at Heat Transfer Warehouse: Chief Visionary
What’s your favorite part about your work at Heat Transfer Warehouse?
Working with the team and watching them succeed. I also enjoy helping customers complete a complicated order or project—it’s rewarding to be part of their success story.
How long has Heat Transfer Warehouse been serving our community?
We’ve proudly been serving the Fargo-Moorhead community and beyond since 2010. Serving our community has always been a cornerstone of who we are. Helping the communities we are located in is essential to our mission and culture.
How does Hope Blooms’ mission align with Heat Transfer Warehouse’s values?
I’ve known Kelly for quite a while and have really enjoyed watching her grow. Hope Blooms spreads happiness, and I like to think we do the same through our Adopt-A-School program. Whether it’s through flowers or through service, both of us focus on creating meaningful moments for others.
What is special about the Fargo-Moorhead-West Fargo and surrounding area?
I just love Fargo. It’s become a place of inclusivity and opportunity, and a fantastic city to start a nonprofit or a business. With NDSU right here, we’ve got access to incredible students who bring fresh energy, creativity, and ideas into the workplace.
In what ways do you see Hope Blooms bringing value to our community?
Besides being the place where flowers go to live again after weddings or funerals, Hope Blooms brings joy and warmth into the community. Especially in the winter, we all need a little sunshine—and that’s exactly what they deliver. Plus, it’s a great place to volunteer. If you spend a few hours there and don’t leave with a brighter outlook, I’d be shocked.
From a community partner perspective, why do you believe in supporting causes like Hope Blooms?
Because it’s good people doing great things. Hope Blooms adds more love, more sunshine, and more meaning to everyday life—and let’s be honest, who couldn’t use a few flowers once in a while?
Why does feeling seen matter?
Because everyone deserves to be seen. In today’s post-COVID world, we’re more isolated than ever—spending more time behind screens and keyboards than in real-life connection. Feeling seen cuts through the noise and reminds people they matter.
What’s your favorite way to spread joy?
Helping others and giving credit where it’s due. Whether it’s supporting a teammate or celebrating a win, acknowledging people makes a difference.

What’s your favorite flower and why?
Let’s be honest—I probably couldn’t tell a rose from a daisy (except the rose has thorns and might hurt). But I love the colors and how they all come together. There’s something satisfying about the mix—just like a team where every person brings something unique to the table.
