Growth Partner Profile: Amazon
December 9, 2025 | Written by
This year, we’ve been incredibly grateful to welcome Amazon as a Hope Blooms Growth Partner. Their support has shown up in a variety of meaningful ways—both financially and through hands-on volunteerism. Throughout the last half of 2025, Amazon team members rolled up their sleeves in our Sprout Joy Garden, helped create bouquets in the shop and even joined us on a Petal It Forward delivery to share kindness directly with our community.
Thank you, Amazon, for bringing energy and generosity to our mission! Read more from Heather Johnson, the community ambassador at Amazon in Fargo, about how Amazon believes in giving back to their community.

What’s your favorite part about your work at Amazon?
That we have the capability to reach out into our communities and give back.
How long has Amazon been serving our community?
4 years
How does Hope Blooms’ mission align with Amazon’s values?
It starts with the smile, with every Amazon package that people get a smile logo. Hope Blooms is also spreading joy.
What is special about the Fargo-Moorhead-West Fargo and surrounding area?
This community is one in a million. We show up for each other in the toughest of situations and take care of each other.
In what ways do you see Hope Blooms bringing value to our community?
Hope Blooms sees the people that they tend to be forgotten about. I saw an arrangement at the homeless shelter last week, and it made me smile.
From a community partner perspective, why do you believe in supporting causes like Hope Blooms?
The small organizations are those who are making the biggest impact.
Why does feeling seen matter?
Everyone wants to know that they matter to someone, somewhere. Often those who go into a nursing home or a shelter feel like they were forgotten along the way. By delivering hope, we are acknowledging to them that they are seen, we didn’t forget, and we are here to support them.
What’s your favorite way to spread joy?
My favorite way to spread joy is by music and little kids. I feel like no matter what kind of day anyone is having, having a little kid just start singing or dancing warms everyone’s heart up.
What’s your favorite flower and why?
My favorite flower is the Sunflower because it looks exactly how it sounds, lasts forever. Bring a nourishment into the world and smells great too!
